Cinnamon is high in fibre; hence it enhances the weight loss effects of this drink. It also adds a nice flavour especially when coupled with the mellow flavour of coconut. This drink is perfect for a boost of energy in the morning if you have the time to make it or as a relaxing drink to pep you up in the evening. The spices give it a nice aromatic flavour that you wouldn’t find in your regular cup of coffee. The piperine in black pepper increases the absorption of curcumin.
